Lash Beginners:
1 on 1 training will be provided by our experienced lash artists covering the basic and advanced techniques along with necessary information to become a professional lash technician. Lashing is a fine art and takes time to earn this skill. This will be a good opportunity, who is seeking a lifetime career, not a side job for a quick extra income. The average time for beginner lash artists to master all services is 6 months.
Experienced Lash Artists:
If you have been lashing consistently for over a year and have mastered Classic, Hybrid and Volume lashes, you may be a good candidate for this position! We work as a team, therefore candidates must be open to learn and adjust new lashing styles to meet the business expectations.
Requirements:
- Oregon Esthetician or Cosmetology license
- Lash Certificate is plus but not required at the time of hiring
- Available to work at least 20 hours in a week including weekends
- We avoid conflicts of interest. Candidates must exclusively work for Lash Club as a lash artist
Daily Responsibilities:
Your daily responsibilities will be opening the studio, welcoming and checking-in clients, delivering the service, checking-out clients, taking payment, cleaning your workstation and closing the studio. Our studios are set up to see up to 3 clients at once. This unique private setting allows you to really focus on “clients” and “lashing.” You must be comfortable working independently. This is an employment opportunity, not an independent contractor relationship. The ability to follow business directions is important.
Compensation:
Commission 30%-50%, depends on your experience and skill level. 10% for retail sales. Tips are all yours. Minimum wage is guaranteed for all training hours, practices and meetings.
